Sesame Orange Coleslaw. It's made with red cabbage and has green onions, water chestnuts, radicchio, green onions (pulled from garden), and dressing of orange juice, lemon, soy , and sesame. Toasted sesame seeds go on top.
Hamburgers for the main course. They are the little ones, about 2-2.5" across. Serving on brioche roll.
Dessert: blueberries with a little vanilla ice cream and chopped mint.

(21,921 posts)We're driving to the mountain house and I picked up two sandwiches for the drive:
Turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion on seedless Rye bread with brown mustard.
Roast beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion on a Kaiser roll with a thin layer of mayo.
Red delicious apples for dessert.
