Posting for others, as I don't know yet.
However, I was at another healthy foods in schools conference today and we had a luncheon buffet of sandwiches and wraps that were kind of unusual. I had a Thai veggie noodle wrap made with cellophane noodles, asparagus tips, carrots, scallions, and roasted peanuts. There was a dip to go with it that was made of peanut butter, tamari, cider vinegar, and some other type of sweetener, probably a little brown sugar. And it was spicy, too!
