What's for Dinner, Tues., Dec. 26, 2017

Nuthin' fancy here tonight--I picked up one of those super-long submarine sandwiches (Italian). Asked a few friends to stop by.  I set up a tray with oregano, both fresh and dried, tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Olive oil and red wine vinegar. The sandwich already has that, but people might want more.

I put out some of my pickled canned condiments from this summer, like chow chow and curried green tomatoes/onion.

For dessert, oatmeal-chocolate chip-dried cranberry cookies.
