Your device can be used for baking, roasting, and toasting so there are lots of recipes you can use.

it is also an oven....I cook eveything in it...steak, hot dogs, salmon, hamburgers, baked potatoes, bacon, etc. No special recipes...just salt, pepper, and some spices. I lke the convection oven better than my regular oven.

While you're roasting a chicken breast or something in the oven, you can heat frozen veg in a pan on the top. You can put things into foil packages to heat them (thinking of precooked rice and mashed taters) while your dinner is cooking. Frozen dinners can be taken out of the plastic and put into the pan and covered with foil to defrost and heat. You can bake potatoes, broil fish and steak.

They're pretty versatile gadgets. Just don't forget the top gets hot. You can warm things up there while you're baking or broiling something inside it. A big box store covered saucepan is cheaper than dirt.

I hope you have a refrigerator, too. And a dish or two.

You can get a crockpot and a microwave for under a hundred bucks. Electric frying pans and grills are cheap, too.
