Some folks do not belong in the kitchen. My wife is one of them.

Reasons:
1. Angel food cake batter on the ceiling.
2. The fire department came over once... Because pasta.
3. Lemon meringue soup
4. I love her. I don't want her to get hurt.

5. Tonight was the last straw. Don't f%#k with my kitchen. Wars have been started for less...

Giggle, giggle... I put the produce away... Giggle, giggle...

I have a similar problem here. I let my partner set the table. Though in all honesty, he's not totally incompetent when it comes to the actual cooking. It's more the prep and clean-up that are the issue. And watching him try to chop anything is almost as stressful as watching Nik Wallenda try to cross Niagara Falls.

I complain and chase my husband out of the kitchen, not because he can't cook or anyone is in danger if he tries, just because he's noisy and messy about it.
