The one I have is carried by Trader Joe's under their label, but I assume more widely available. It's - OK I'm going to lick the plate good.

Thank you for the warm welcome back. No, you've not been missing them, as I haven't posted here in several years. Thought I'd just sneak back in, and actually did so earlier yesterday in left-of-center2012's Meatloaf Recipe thread rather than make a big deal about it. Apparently that was a little too under the radar. LOL

I've really missed everyone here, but didn't intend to hijack anyone's thread, though.

I've been on this site since 2001. I don't post much, but read voraciously and love the cooking and baking folks. I found your posts especially interesting and motivating. So, so glad to see you here again.

Are you still cooking up a storm? Look forward to seeing you around here.

I had leftovers, too. Turkey, dressing and veggies from Sunday dinner.

Good to see you, too! It's so nice to be so warmly welcomed back.

To answer both you and Laurian, sadly I have not been cooking and baking like I used to for many reasons that I prefer not to share for the consumption of some. I was hoping to absorb the inspiration and motivation to do so simply from being here among my C&B friends once again, who I have missed very much.

from the Women's Bean Project Denver. I used a small choice beef shank bone and added onions, fresh tomatoes, carrots, garlic, their spices (tumeric and paprika), cabbage, and vegetable broth. Simmered about three hours.

DH wants fish and I don't, plus it stinks up the boat, lol.

We will go somewhere nearby that has a variety of things on the menu.

How about you?
