(22,767 posts)Thank you for the warm welcome back. No, you've not been missing them, as I haven't posted here in several years. Thought I'd just sneak back in, and actually did so earlier yesterday in left-of-center2012's Meatloaf Recipe thread rather than make a big deal about it. Apparently that was a little too under the radar. LOL
I've really missed everyone here, but didn't intend to hijack anyone's thread, though.

To answer both you and Laurian, sadly I have not been cooking and baking like I used to for many reasons that I prefer not to share for the consumption of some. I was hoping to absorb the inspiration and motivation to do so simply from being here among my C&B friends once again, who I have missed very much.

(2,012 posts)from the Women's Bean Project Denver. I used a small choice beef shank bone and added onions, fresh tomatoes, carrots, garlic, their spices (tumeric and paprika), cabbage, and vegetable broth. Simmered about three hours.
