2 c orzo
zest and juice of one lemon
3/4 c crumbled feta
A splash of olive oil
Directions
Cook orzo according to directions on package. Drain but don't rinse. In a serving bowl, combine orzo and remaining ingredients. Serve piping hot.

This is a nice simple recipe and Cavender's is good on anything Greek, I think I would also add a little olive oil.

With other spices, it just screams Greek and is very convenient
I also add chopped red onion, chopped marinated artichokes and chopped dried roma tomatoes to my Greek Orzo salad. Now I am hungry
