Sausage, egg, cheese, tots and salsa in a tortilla.

4. Chobani mint chocolate chip yogurt sprinkled with honey

nut granola and a few blueberries, strawberry muffin, banana, coffee with cream.

Sliced pears, cranberries, 1/2 orange, and blueberries with toasted sliced almonds on top.

Whole grain toast with brandy butter jam.

Dark Chinese tea.
