Today I made the switch

Like daylight savings I switched from the summer breakfast of granola, yogurt, and fressh fruit to porrige, oat and or wheat, and fruit cooked into the mix.

Of course Sunday is still Blueberry pancakes day.

I would have made the switch then. I wouild have finished off the open meusli box. Such is life.

The husband agrees, and we also make them each weekend. He enjoys the thicker, super fluffy pancake, while I love crepes filled with fresh blueberry sauce and a schmear of creme frauche.

It was gallstones and I got treated immediately. Then 4 days with an antibiotic IV drip. Boring 4 days. German hospital food isn't the greatest... Next month the gallbladder gets removed and I will have only 2 days in. Go figure.
Just got the bill. 5 days at 10€ per day.

It is good to be back in my place, the kitchen.
