What's for Dinner, Tues., Nov 20, 2023

Flatbread pizza with mozzarella, broccoli, sausage, Mutti tomato sauce and parmesan. Roasted garlic cloves, too.

Tossed green salad on the side with tomato, cucumber, yellow and red pepper.
Caesar dressing.

No sugar cola to drink.

Dessert: fresh raspberries and no sugar added ice cream with toasted almonds on top. Dark Chinese tea.

painting and adding new flooring.

Needless to say, I'm not in the mood for cooking so ordered a take and bake pizza. Pizza is always a good choice.

This recipe has been haunting me on my FB page.

I broke down, bought the Udon noodles, and made the dish tonight.

And I'm more than satisfied.

As soon as I read your post I went in there and got out the pizza dough I bought at trader joes the other day and scrounged a bunch of bits and pieces of veggies, meats, and cheeses...turned out yummy! Wish I knew how to post photos!

Dad had kielbasa and cabbage stir-fry (carrots, onions, bell peppers and garlic) with boiled potatoes.
