A little later will reheat steel oats that I made yesterday morning. I'll add dried cranberries, walnuts, ground flax seeds and a little bit of honey.

Asparagus-shrimp egg bake. Sweet potato fries made in the air fryer.
Dark Chinese tea.

It was so cold here last night! I had to use both my comforter and a weighted blanket, but I was warm!

and put it on my John Deere yesterday evening. Today I tilled my garden and all the sheep manure that I had spread out deep into the soil. Then I drove a mile down the road and tilled another friends garden. It is cold outside here too.

You are getting a great start on next year's garden. Are you going to cover it with anything to prevent weed growth?

Yesterday I had a helper and we did all the leaves around the first level of my property. Took two hours and ended up with a pile of leaves 3' tall down at the end of the property. In a few weeks that will be 2', then 1'. Which is why it's so stupid to drive leaves around, which is what they do in Northern NJ. They pick them up and drive them to the "Environmental Center." They compost down to nothing so why not just leave them on the property?

Saturday we will do the next level up, which I no longer use but which has to be maintained. Lotsa' weedwacking and gathering of leaves. I have the new Ego blower which just uses a battery. Lasts for hours. I've never had it run out on me. Sounds like a hairdryer. No noxious fumes or putting in gasoline.

That was nice of you to do that for your friend, Emile!
