What's for Dinner, Mon., Nov. 13, 2023

I have turkey meatloaf in the oven, covered with turkey bacon strips over the top. Tomato glaze made with Mutti tomato paste (the best!).

I also roasted apples and butternut squash. A little of each on the plate, but mostly I'm planning soup with this. The seasonings are sesame seed, grated orange and chili peppers.

The aromas are wonderful!

Big tossed green salad with spinach and red tip lettuce. Tomatoes, cucumber, scallion, carrot, daikon radish, chopped green olives stuffed with feta cheese, black olives, celery from the garden. Caesar dressing.

Tart cherry kombucha to drink.

Fresh raspberries and a mandarin for dessert. Dark Chinese tea.

I had left over shredded pork and some fresh curried chicken vegetable soup. And a piece of low-carb apple cake.

Nearly set off the smoke detector, but it was worth it.
