What's for Dinner, Thurs., Nov. 9, 2023

Appetizer: homemade salsa with multi-grain tortilla chips.

Butternut squash soup with 4-cheese tortellini and ground sausage. Has half 'n half in it, along with onions & garlic. Butter-fried crispy sage leaves go on top.

Maybe a toasted rustic bread half, which I might put in the air fryer with a slice of provolone or some other cheese.

Pineapple peach kombucha.

Neither of us will want a meal at dinner time, so we'll probably graze and snack later.
