What's for Dinner, Thurs., Oct. 5, 2023

Turkey meatloaf sandwich on whole wheat sandwich thins. Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced onion, mayo. Accompanied by cheddar stuffed green olives, black olive, and cherry tomatoes.

Later tonight I'm going to roast some more Brussels sprouts with balsamic and pancetta.

Nice local green-leaf lettuce, hard-boiled eggs, cooked/sliced beets, perhaps some herb cheese, crusty bread, etc., etc.

It's not been a good summer for these pique-nique type dinners - a bit too wet. We're taking advantage now before the snow flies.
