What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 27, 2023

Hummus and tomato open-face sandwiches on real German rye bread. Lots of freshly ground pepper and a drizzle of olive oil on the tomato.

When I get home from work, I'll heat up some vegetable sausage soup.

Ginger kombucha combined with my own kombucha.

Raspberries with Greek yogurt for dessert.

Chicken breasts in the crock pot, with a bunch of our garden tomatoes, peppers, onions, and salsa out of a jar. Wild rice. Chocolate icecream.

We’re roasting a chicken with stuffing and gravy with Le Sueur peas.

It’s chilly in the mountains even though we had a sunny day. Comfort food and spiced cider in front of a fire will be perfect!
