What's for Dinner, Sat., Sept. 23, 2023

Zucchini fritters. Ham/cheese sandwich on thin whole wheat to go with it.

I'm going to make quite a few of them and freeze them. Nothing I love better than a zucchini fritter. I will be using both my "butter cube" (yellow) zucchini and my regular green zucchinis in the recipe.

Peach pineapple kombucha.

we're glad you're back.

I had laptop troubles, too. I bought one which didn't pan out, so I returned it and ordered another. Then my internet went! All that's fixed now, though.
