What's for Dinner, Sat., Sept. 16, 2023

Stuffed squash. I'm using yellow zucchini, onion, celery, tomato, green pepper, carrot, and panko in the stuffing. Sausage, of course.

I grew this squash.

Orange kombucha.

Figs and mascarpone for dessert, along with iced tea.

since I made three dishes for potluck tomorrow: tarragon chicken salad sandwiches, three sisters stew (corn, squash and black beans), and a fruit salad with pear, nectarine and blackberries, with a little lime juice and homemade mint syrup. A lot of the food is from the Farmers Market (except the tarragon which I grew) since I'm not the gardener Cher is. Nice squash! Did you grow a lot of them? Did they do well?

Not yet. I got eggplant and peppers. I made 2 eggplant parmesan casseroles and gave one to my daughter.
