Me, I use store bought crust and I would never attempt a lattice top like that beauty of yours. Thanks for sharing.

....or do you put all the ingredients in "raw" and let it thicken by itself during the baking process?

Or maybe toss the berries with sugar and thickener, dump in the shell and hope for the best?

There are advantages to both methods.
