I have to go do blood work this morning. I see my vampire doctor twice a year and always have to do a blood test before seeing him.

the blood work, as long as it is black coffee. I asked when did they change that? She said it's always been that way. Anyways I'll never forget that.

Got a "produce box" from our state Department of Agriculture this week (distributed by our local Catholic Charities). Some good stuff. Always happy to have fresh peaches!!!

Also got: Swiss chard, fresh basil and parsley, bib lettuce, radishes, scallions, apples and sweet potatoes.
