Tomato-basil chicken sausages cooked in the air fryer and served with butter noodles, onion, and cabbage.

Blueberry basil kombucha.

Dessert: banana pudding and Earl Grey tea.

1. I am cooking again! Food taste normal (sort of) after Aortic valve replacement...

I am making Tacos with corn hard and soft taco shells, ground beef with homemade spices and avocado, lettuce, onion, tomato, cheddar cheese, sour cream, taco sauce. Your sausages sound good...I have some sausages in the freezer. Maybe later this week!

7. Yeah, it has been almost three weeks and the taste is starting to return.

I lost weight in the hospital-nothing tasted good-the 30-40 lbs I have been trying to lose anyway. Plus some was water weight. Thanks!

It was low carb party food until I had some crackers

I made some cucumber kimchee, but I'll wait for awhile to have it.

4. Yum, all sounds good. Leftover homemade Chicken Tiki

Masala and rice. Kroger has great sauce and I do the rest.

9. I'm glad to see a post from you

I haven't been attentive the last few weeks, but I hadn't seen any posts from you on quick visits.

10. I been busy with gardening and repairing roof from

storm damage. Now they are saying another bad storm in Iowa is headed this way and arriving early tomorrow.

11. My electric co sent a warning

and I heard on the radio to expect storms maybe tonight, def. tomorrow. We've had bad storms 2 weekends in a row :/

The weather I listen to is downgrading the threat to our area. Hope Mother Nature gives us all a break!

15. All we have here is rain and high winds. They

have tornado warnings for other counties. So far we lucked out this time.
