Abuela S broke up heath bars and put the pieces on just out of the oven hot sugar cookies. Ah-may-zing! They melted juuusssttt right.

Scrambled egg and ham over toasted 21-seed bread. Scallion in the egg, plus parmesan over the top.

As we've gotten older we've begun to eat less, and we've mostly eliminated breakfast unless it's our main meal of the day, in which case we usually eat it in the afternoon.

If I'm fixing breakfast in the morning, it's usually for my husband. Anymore, I'm totally fine not eating until closer to lunch time.

ETA: husband is eating less, but still not less often.
