What's for Dinner, Fri., Nov. 11, 2022

I learned to make my own shrimpburgers! I usually buy them at Whole Foods because they are very good. TJ's has them, too, but nowhere nearly as good. Not as much shrimp.

Basically you just cook the shrimp and chop half of them up in the blender along with the veggies and herbs you want in them.
Then coarse-chop the other half, make your patty, and let the flavors blend in the frig for awhile. Then fry them.

I'm serving mine on a ciabatta roll with ruffly green lettuce and sliced tomato.

Greek salad with Caesar dressing. Feta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion.

Pineapple kombucha.

It looks to be a rainy day tomorrow, so I'll prol'ly make up a pot of soup tonight.
