What's for Dinner, Tues., Nov. 1, 2022

A few breaded squash blossoms filled with goat cheese for appetizer.

Shrimp kabobs with glaze of spicy/hot pepper jelly. Kabobs also have onion and green pepper. Served over couscous.

Roasted broccoli with garlic and olive oil. Red pepper flakes.

Dessert is an "apple blossom" from TJ's freezer dept. They are so good! It's basically apples in pastry and they are rolled up like a flower blossom. Cute.

French vanilla decaf with dessert.

Honey teriyaki - The teriyaki sauce was from a recipe not a bottle.
Coconut curry couscous. Just added some Tom kha broth to the water for the couscous. It really sucked up the flavor. I was pleased with how good it was!
Lettuce salad with onion crunchy chow mein noodles and spicy Thai chili sauce as the dressing. Also added squeeze of fresh lemon and s&p.
