3. Black coffee and a small piece of carrot cake.

4. Coffee with cream now

Blueberry biscotti and bananas later.

5. Omelette

Filling is spinach with cheddar cheese, topped with caramelized onion.

Bowl of cherry tomatoes.

Sweet 'n Spicy Good Earth tea.

6. Blueberry mug treat

I was up early to go walk my neighbor's dogs and planned to stay with them for a couple hours, so I treated myself to a quick meal. I didn't use the glaze, hope I saved myself a few carbs.

When I got back, I had bacon, egg and toast.

Lots of coffee. My daughter brought me a bag of gourmet maple flavored coffee. It smells like maple, but tastes like coffee.

I am powered for the day. Happy Sunday!
