I made a pizza using a cauliflower crust around noon, and I think I'll end up just munching on it for the rest of the day. It has caramelized onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and mozzarella plus pecorino romano.
I'll add a spinach salad for the dinner hour, which is the one with bacon bits, hard boiled egg, mushrooms, and a cooked dressing.
Peach kombucha.
For dessert, a toasted chocolate chip waffle with tapioca pudding and sliced banana over the top. Chopped toasted walnuts and caramel sauce drizzled over the banana/'waffle. Sweet 'n spicy Good Earth tea.
