What's for Dinner, Mon., Sept. 19, 2022

Italian sausage with peppers and onions served with spaghetti. Basil-garlic tomato sauce.

Dessert: decaf iced coffee with chocolate covered biscotti.

I'm having a very lazy today after a very busy weekend.

Probably ham, onions and peppers on the pizza, w/ extra cheese.

I should be doing some actual cooking here considering that it's a day I don't have to work for Dad, but I'm just being LAZY.

Ice cream for dessert.

Frying cabbage… so going to use a little bacon in that.
Also making Thai coconut curry soup. Love some lemongrass and have been craving it!
Lotsa peppers and the King Bolete mushroom I found yesterday will go in the soup with the lemongrass.
