Someone on a radio show last week mentioned that all he had in his refrigerator was leftover french fries and some sausage gravy from biscuits. Another host said it was like breakfast poutine.

I'm gonna brown some hot sausage, onions and garlic, then add store-bought sausage gravy. While that cooks, I'll get a bag of Ore-Ida fries in the air fryer, and make a couple over-easy eggs.

Fries topped with the gravy, then some cheddar cheese, then the eggs and finally some pepperjack cheese. I'll probably make a couple pieces of bacon too.

Blossoms From my garden. Black beans with melted cheese and some spices and a salad on the side dressed with cilantro avocado and lime. Got a home grown tomato at the farmers market that I used in all.

I have a new block of Monterey Jack that would be good in that, plus lots of squash blossoms!

But didn’t have enough to mess with a batch of deep frying. So the internet helped with the quesadilla idea.
