Feeling so tired

Day in day out I am at my apartment alone. Can't see my therapist because I don't have the net, can't afford it because Verizon has a monopoly at my apartment complex.

I feel as though I am fading.

I spend time on du, I have the TV on to give the feel I am not alone.
I have lost motivation. It's really hard.
Wish I could sleep until this is all over.

It's not like I went out much before the quarentine. I had a few friends stop by and hang out. But not anymore.

It sucks to be alone like this .

Wish I had enough money to actually afford the net and cable and a decent computer.

So at least I could see my therapist.

So sorry to hear of your circumstances. Please know that you aren't alone - we are all here for you!

Will your therapist do phone sessions? Most will at this time.

Hugs...

But VA's have switched up policies to allow for many tele health sessions.

I hope that is helpful.

Or even some exercise in the house? Whatever way you are connected to DU, is there some way to access YouTube or any other content?

Wishing you good luck.

I am sorry that you're having a hard time... I hear it as well from my son... his longtime partner broke up with him a couple of months ago and he is so lonely (not being able to go out and socialize)... this is a really tough time

I got some nausea and when I posted I didn't know what was making me feel so tired.

I since took Pepto and my stomach is calming down. Othello my cat laying on my belly made me aware I was not feeling well. I wonder if the bacon from the food bank made me sick. I think I may have to hit the bathroom. Otherwise I feel a bit better now.

My dogs will nudge me along when I'm feeling paralyzed.

We have one dog who is especially silly and likes to make me laugh.

She's actually a terrible dog who has chewed up furniture, gifted me with dead rats, and will shove spit covered tennis balls in my face while I'm napping, but I've got to appreciate her enthusiasm.

But gardening or a good walk really helps.

I have to mow my yard today; the pollen is killing me, but loving the sunshine and fresh air. Putting some lettuce in the ground also.

Doggies and I go for several 40 minute walks a day.
