My best friend got a kidney transplant 5 years ago. At the time, we heard the terminology 'cadaver donor'. I decided to call them angel donors. Just seemed more upbeat. Anyway, my friend is grateful for her donated kidney, and I am grateful she has gotten an extended lease on living
