Anyone else find "Altered Carbon" confusing?
I'm enjoying it. I just finished E7 of the first season. Great special effects (reminds me of a Ridley Scott movie), and good acting. But it jumps around so much I can barely follow the plot. Is it just me?

(17,087 posts)1. It can be a little hard to follow.
Season 2 will make some things clear, I think. It's been a while since I watched it. Was very disappointed when Netflix pulled the plug, but I guess it was expensive to make. Money well spent.

(22,733 posts)2. I found a couple sites that explain it.
I'll wait until I finish Season One to read them. I heard Season Two was a huge letdown. The viewer-critics on IMDb said not to watch it!

I like Anthony Mackie a lot but something was missing in his portrayal of Kovacs. The hotel AI, however, makes season 2 worth watching alone!

It will help alleviate confusion. I enjoyed the series and the book!
