Just hilarious! Very well done.

I’ve served on juries a few times, and it was never this wacky or fun. I guess this setup works because the “mark” is an innocent, earnest young man who doesn’t really know what to expect.

I was especially pleased to see that Kirk Fox (Kenny Boy on Reservation Dogs) is in the cast, though he hasn’t been prominent in this one so far.

The show has the same kind of fun, irreverent vibe as Fire Me, Please!, a short-lived series that I enjoyed a few years back. Jury Duty is great for fans of absurdist humor with a healthy skepticism of authority.

…and with extra nuttiness.

That young man was so earnest and good-hearted. I loved every minute. And the conclusion was very satisfying. Five stars from me.

Also pretty impressive from the aspect that nobody f***ed it up and gave away the secret, though there's a couple of times where the main character, Ronald, seems like he might be getting wise, he never quite does. The way it was 'run' was really, really good.

I'm also kinda blown away that Ronald has (apparently) never done any acting because honestly he was a natural. Like if the show runners never told you WHICH was an actor, you'd only know he's the one because of how much attention was on him.

Also, although of course we're only seeing what the show makers want to show us from the footage, it fairly constantly comes through that Ronald is just a really decent guy, making decisions that most of us would feel proud to have made looking back at it in retrospect ... it's almost always what we'd hope we'd do in the same situation. That makes it pretty heartwarming, esp. watching the last episode which *SPOILER BELOW*

is about letting him in on the secret. It's the best single episode by a mile and honestly it's worth watching the whole thing just for the conclusion.
