It was like watching torture or killing baby animals. It was traumatic. And 1,000,000 times more traumatic for the poor immigrants.

I have had to turn it off and go back to it when I felt I could handle it better (is don’t watch before bedtime).

It’s important to know the truth. But I will admit with all the horror of what is going on around us daily, it’s tough to then take some time to get even more depressed and enraged and crying.

Woke up to a part where this administration is making $$$ off these poor souls. Almost threw my remote at the tv!

Covering the spring of 2017 to the winter of 2019, “Immigration Nation” documents the implementation of President Donald Trump’s hard-line immigration framework, a central theme in his 2016 campaign, and its effect on the migrants who must grapple with it — casting the lens on the enforcers and the immigrants. (None of the participants were compensated for their participation.)

I could not do that with this. I had to limit it to one episode per night. It was just too painful, disheartening, and enraging.
