I think the lack of lawsuits might be because they are holding out in hopes of one of the RW supremes passing away so Biden can replace them and having a chance of a fair trial if it goes to SCotUS?

I personally believe this tidal wave of bigotry and hate is because the fascists know the current SCOTUS will be a rubber stamp for whatever they want.
