I recall some of the most horrific stories I read as a young teen in the 1970s were about the terror, fear, blackmail, shame that gay people felt and were exposed to, if discovered.
And I'm hetero.
The grief and pain I felt for them never left! I'm so happy and proud that my state of Washington saw fit to legalize gay marriage as one of the early adopters!

(3,275 posts)Its possible that some of the people at the wedding are still alive. If not, hopefully someone can recognize the people in the pictures. Maybe a younger brother, sister, niece, nephew, son, daughter or cousin.
