Bigots haven't changed at all, the rhetoric is always the same. They're just not smart enough to come up with anything new, they just trot out what failed in the past and sprinkle in a few new nouns.

My right wing father said that about Social Security, that it was always going broke, that no worker currently contributing would find anything left when he retired, that it was a Ponzi scheme, and that it will never work.

That hasn't changed, either.

Conservatives, bigots, and the other ugly people who have been millstones dragging this country down and backward: predictable for decades in the past and yet to come.

the arguments against SSM are the same arguments made against interracial marriage.

They've just changed the subject from interracial couples to same-sex couples, while still spouting the same nonsense.
