If ENDA were law, could Grennell have sued Romney?

It seems to me he could have. What a fricking mess for Mitt that would have been!

Perhaps a state law exists that would have bolstered his case.

I don't feel too sorry for him, though, since he will likely remain a Republican despite his first-hand experience with his party's extreme hatred and bigotry.

The fact that Rmoney's campaign hasn't spoken out against the bigotry also says a great deal about where some of the blame lies.
