"How do we achieve a 2 state solution?" to "Don't you dare bring speak of it." So now the negotiations will be about being able to say the words rather than working on making those words happen. It won't be long before we will be told that it is not allowed for people to have a memory of that promise being made. Gaslighting. Maybe all textbooks and libraries will be asked to strike any mention as well.

Because it would be "inconvenient" to have to explain why you used that phrase for decades as something to be aspired to while all the while you worked against it.
