3. They have a flat tax in Russia

13% and it goes up to 15% for higher earners.

4. Russia's economy is already hurting, and with this tax sucking up yet more money to literally burn, out of

the Russian Economy, this isn't going to help them or everyday Russians. I feel for the everyday common person in Russia, but as to the big shots, Putin, and all of these thugs, NO, I don't feel sorry one bit for them. Russia should admit their mistakes and move on.
