Battle of the Black Sea: success of Ukraine - Stephen Nix - TVP World

One again Russia has attacked Ukrainian ports, this time allegedly killing one sailor and injuring three members of the ship’s Filipino crew. Yet this is only a small part of the war raging in the Black Sea. More in our conversation with Stephen Nix from the International Republican Institute.

When I was there. A couple of my peace group companions - older gentlemen, braver than me, actually took a dip. After I came back from the USSR, my friend who was teaching third grade asked me to come and talk to the class when they studied Russia. And one boy in the class asked me a simple question I couldn't answer, so I made a point of finding out. "Why is it called the Black Sea?" It's because in the winter months, it actually appears to be black.
