Aldi Workers to Vote on Union
ST. PAUL, Minn. Workers at an Aldi store here will vote next month on whether to be represented by a union, published reports said. The vote could result in the first unionized U.S. store for the Batavia, Ill.-based retailer.

Hourly workers are the only variable management have increase profits. Keeping wages at the lowest possible and making work loads outrageous is all they know. Yet retailers whine about low demand, when they are the cause with low wages and employ cutbacks.
