(16,000 posts)Tansy, I can't believe you are still here posting the best political cartoons! It looks a bit lonely, where did everyone go? Actually, I still don't post much anywhere, but was reading elsewhere for awhile. When I do post, rarely, I changed my user handle to bluebird.
Let's see if this will post here.

(17,873 posts)I think the 2016 election wiped us out, emotionally if not financially. I don't post much here either, mainly for fear of trolls, but I do still read quite a bit.
If and when sanity returns to the markets and the economy in general, I think this thread will come alive again. In the meantime, I'm here every afternoon to post the data and a toon -- or sometimes two!

(16,000 posts)That's going to take awhile. 74 million crazies are still out there. And they live all around here. Can't get away from them.
But I still love the toons, I'll stop by to check them out!

(43,311 posts)or, markets are trying to pressure the Fed into dovish behavior tomorrow.
I actually do think we bounce into the end of the week because we did today. And small caps, on my watch list anyway, have been sliding for most of July. Which sort of says breadth is negative and sentiment is fading into large caps.
Did you see the pullback in LOW and BABA today?
