Several years ago (I'm a software programmer) I would see ads that clearly indicated they wanted a brogrammer.

"We play hackey sack at lunch", "Helps if you know how to snowboard" etc.

Maybe under the radar of the law but I clearly knew as a 50+ woman I need not apply.

I now have a job with a great company that values diversity BTW.
