Maduro insists that Summit of Americas was failure without him

Maduro assures that the Summit of the Americas was a "total failure"
The president of Venezuela said he does not care what was discussed in the regional forum

Maduro asegura que la Cumbre de las Américas fue un “total fracaso”
El presidente de Venezuela dijo que no le importa lo discutido en el foro regional

Nicolás Maduro, president of Venezuela, said on Saturday that the Summit of the Americas, held in Peru and from which the invitation was withdrawn, was a complete failure and pointed out that no summit is worth the people.

"I was seeing some reports of how the Summit of the Americas failed, everybody failed to get involved, they tried to exclude us from the Summit of the Americas and what they did was fail, the Summit of the Americas has been a total failure," said Maduro.

The Venezuelan head of state explained that he was also reviewing reports of some speeches that he labeled as "voids" and "voids of right-wing presidents, presidents without people, presidents assassins, anti-people presidents, presidents of knee to imperialism."

"When you see a Macri, when you see an unelected president like Temer of Brazil, when you see a Santos really embarrassed, it's a shame to see those presidents (...) talk about the noble people of Venezuela," he added.

Macri, Temer, Santos and other presidents spoke today about the crisis situation and the presidential elections next May 20 in Venezuela. The Argentine president said that his country will not recognize the May elections in Venezuela and Santos indicated that his government will be implacable with, what he considered, the oppressive regime of Maduro, while Temer asked to rediscover a democratic solution to the Venezuelan political crisis.

"It is to tell him (it) that no summit is worth us, what we are worth is the strength of the people, what we are worth is the truth of Venezuela, that wonderful truth that opens doors, that is what is worth to us."

Because if any one leader is doing anything right in the world, it is Maduro and his merry band of morons. 99.96% devaluation of the currency in a year. 13,000% inflation. No food. No medicine. 4,000,000+ fleeing.
