José Toro Hardy explains the 6 reasons why there is a shortage of gasoline in Venezuela
Sep 24, 2017 12:08 pm
According to oil expert and former director of PDVSA, Jose Toro Hardy, the problem of gasoline in Venezuela is very old, only for the first time reaches the capital of the country, Caracas.
It originated in 2002 when, after the oil strike against the government, Chavez fired in national radio and television chain 20 thousand workers of the state oil company.
All those people had at least 15 years of experience in the industry "that's 300,000 years of experience that the government threw into the trash can".
