Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton will deliver the keynote address at a conference on 'Confronting Illiberalism: The role of the Media, Civil Society and Universities' hosted by Professor Kate O'Regan of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. The conference will mark the 70th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
