He says they have registered millions of people in California.
SOS reports that there was an increase from 17,028,290 to 17,259,413 in their 154 day report of registration dated January 5, 2016. I got out my magic calculator there was an increase of 231,123 voters.
While there was an increase from 17,037,414 to 17,268,833 in their 60 day report of registration dated April 8, 2016. My magic calculator came up with a 231,419 increase.

(2,542 posts)Sure, someone else actually registered all those voters. But if they can't prove it, then Bernie can take credit with no shame. Same as he does with anything else that he only talks about but other people work to put into action.

(1,220 posts)A drop in the bucket, I know...but he can't assume that everyone who registers is doing so because of his candidate.

(30,058 posts)PR and California, there is 689 pledged delegates, 250 more pledged delegates will give Hillary half of the pledged delegates, every delegate she gets over the number is a big loss to Sanders, he will not be able to recover from that point.
As nasty as the Nevada convention was recently and the lack of Sanders speaking out against the actions of his supporters it lessens his integrity, he is not emerging as a leader.

(1,771 posts)Devine previously served as a senior adviser to the Kerry-Edwards campaign in 2004 and the Gore-Lieberman campaign in 2000. In 1992, he was campaign manager for then-Nebraska senator Bob Kerreys presidential bid.
He has a resume that most people would be embarrassed to admit to. And then there is the Dungeons and Dragons guy working as his campaign manager. It all fits the new 'Reality Show' that is politics in the outer reaches. It might be a really funny sitcom. I can see Jeff rolling the D&D dice to make political decisions.
The funny thing is that there is this intense Hatred for Debbie in which her "failures" are brought to the forefront of the Burning Movement. Maybe they should have been looking at their own house before attacking others.
Hate is such a useless guide for discourse. I'll take love, caring, and compassion any day over this Primal crap.

Thank you so much! Set the record straight.
And, so what they have 231,419 new registrations? What does that have to do with them losing the nom?
