tRump is most guilty. tRump doesn't have an agenda except for his blabbering mouth, not a presidential trait.

He saved us from losing a fourth election cycle in 1992 by kicking that disgraceful bush daddy out of office. We need more real democrats like hillary and bill.

I can't hardly remember him losing on public policy. If you are mainly talking about Primary wars, the truth is they get nasty, thats a rule. And all sides play a part in it while claiming their candidate is holier than the other.
