Good summary for today. Trying to stay cautiously optimistic

A Good Polling Day For Hillary (With More on the Way?)

Four different polls have arrived today and all of them have good news for Hillary Clinton.

First, there's the new ABC News/Washington Post poll which shows Hillary clearly rebounding in public opinion. In fact, she's the only one in positive territory among these four candidates:

..................

PPP's new poll of Nevada has more bad news for the Republicans...she's beating them all in that crucial state by 5-12 points..................

PPP is also hinting at some excellent Virginia numbers for Hillary in a poll that's due tomorrow.

Finally, a couple of national Democratic primary numbers from Monmouth and Suffolk:

Hillary does a little worse in one of these polls while still leading very comfortably in both. So obviously, guess which one Politico took special note of with the clickbait headline of "Poll: Hillary Clinton's lead shrinks among Democrats"?..............

...Sanders continues to languish below 20%.

Except for that one outlier that put Sanders at about 25%, he's been consistently below 20% in every other poll.

Yeah, I love that objective comment "Clinton's lead shrinks"!

Also, its interesting that only one of those candidates in the bar graph has a favorable rating above unfavorable. Who might that be?

between 12% and 16% and has"t shown any appreciable movement either way.

He's wisely chosen to do "town halls" rather than rallies in Dallas and Houston next week. Both are minority-majority cities with large traditionally Democratic demographics, but there's lots of second-amendment gun nut and other libertarian $$$$ floating around.

you'd think all Democrats would be more cognizant of facts and their importance in the real world!

Somehow we remain deep in the spin cycle.

On the Democratic side Hillary Clinton is dominant. She gets 64% to 14% for Bernie Sanders, 8% for Jim Webb, 5% for Lincoln Chafee, and 2% for Martin O'Malley. Clinton has 79% support from African Americans, is over 60% with liberals, moderates, men, women, younger voters, and seniors, and is over 50% with whites, Hispanics, and middle aged voters.

PPPpoll Virginia: Hillary-64. Bernie-14. Webb-8. O'Malley-2.

Also, I see some people using the AP/GFK poll, it was ranked DEAD LAST for accuracy:

Stick with the top 3 on that list.
