Notice when he wins, even though polls indicated he might not

No one is talking about fraud and cheating and how much the democratic primary rules suck.

Because men earn what they get, the rest of us clearly can only win by cheating the system.

But yeah, seems weird.

Maybe we should put on our tin foil hats and say he cheated! haha

Seriously there were prolly a lot of independents and Republicans voting for him.

Lots of closed and semi-closed primaries coming up though!

Not sure if her decision not to advertise was a factor.

think that they're accounting correctly for varying methodologies, but that's hardly super reliable.

I think polling companies need a better method for gathering data on independents. If they're such a large part of the population in some areas now, they should be a higher concentration of people interviewed.

the report I heard was about how pollsters basically have to walk around and ask.

I don't have a problem with it, the actual election is all that counts anyway. I still rely on 538, and trust them generally. They NAILED the '12 election when all my friends were telling me it would be close. I'm still laughing at that one.

NATE SILVER 8:24 PM
For some perspective on Indiana, our final polling average had Clinton up by around 7 percentage points. By comparison, her lead in Michigan was in excess of 20 points — about three times as high. That was an historic upset for Sanders; this would be a pretty normal primary miss. If Sanders wins Indiana, it would be the second state so far — after Michigan — where the FiveThirtyEight polling average has miscalled the winner..

HARRY ENTEN 8:32 PM
Following up on Nate, this wouldn’t be a shocking polling error in Indiana. Right now, Sanders is holding a 4 percentage point lead in Indiana. Yes, none of the pre-election polls had Sanders winning. And yes, the average of polls taken over the past three weeks had Clinton up by a little over 7 percentage points in Indiana. But before the Wisconsin primary, I calculated that a poll before a caucus or primary had an average error of 11 percentage points. In other words, right in line with the error there appears to be in Indiana right now.

I'll never understand why people will argue crazy conspiracy theories until they're blue in the face, but you mention the fact that sexism is creating a bias in this election and they lose their shit denying it.

Does that make sense to anyone else?

In 2008, the media nailed Hillary at every chance asking why she was not dropping out, now that she's the clear nominee the media is asking, why hasn't she sewn it up. Total bullshit double standard!
