“Family values” actually means family values:

A beautiful family with unimpeachable values. What type of deplorable person would struggle with the family values on display for the last eight years? Compare this family with the Palin family—which family has exhibited pristine values? It is quite brilliant to recognize that there is still such a thing as American exceptionalism."
